What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is a certification issued by The California Secretary of State in order to authenticate California public officials' signatures on documents to be used outside of the USA.  The Apostille process is utilized for documents traveling between countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention.

As the world becomes smaller and we have more frequent occasion to send authenticated documents internationally, I provide a seamless experience from end to end, so that you can relax and go about your business.

What are the fees for service?

As a frame of reference, fees for Apostille of a single document, delivered to my office in Sebastopol & completed for you within 7 to 10 days, begin at $250.
Fees may increase due to variation in number of documents, the need for mobile pickup and/or delivery, expedited turnaround, and/or any required notarization or translation services.
